Birthday Trip to Portland

Kerrie surprised me the weekend before last with a getaway trip for the weekend to Portland. We mostly just wandered around town and pretended we were much further from home than we really were. It was a wonderful break.

As is my habit, I took a bunch of pictures when we were down there with the highlights coming at the Rose Garden, Japanese Gardens, and Mindy's garage (which had the new puppies in it). I'm trying something new and uploaded the pictures to Flickr, which you can see by clicking on the thumbnails below (if all works as planned...)
