Damn Interesting

I like that title. Too bad this post isn't actually damn interesting.

I've found a new blog called, you guessed it, Damn Interesting. Recent post topics include ice cream flavors around the world (mmm, ox tongue ice cream), that "they" was long the accepted singular gender-neutral pronoun (politicians screw everything up), and the physics of quicksand.

In other news... Hart has been working so hard that he feels like he's "part of a start-up" company. I've been asked to write a blog for a health site much like Web MD. Not sure if I'm going to do it, but I'm thrilled to be asked.

I'm also on an out-with-the-old, not-in-with-the-new kick. I've piled about a third of my books (just mine, not Hart's) on the otherwise clean office floor. They are in route to the living room, which is the staging ground for everything that's going to leave the house via Salvation Army, eBay, BookCrossing and Freecycle. Don't worry, Moms, I'm keeping things of sentimental value. Really.
