There's no need to register to view or comment on Tacky Magnet. The site that we're using to post, Blogger, is asking you to register so that your name will show beneath your comments. It is fine with us if you post without registering and sign your name in the post. Do you really think we'd do something as lame as making you register to read this?

The horse poo post generated some enthusiasm and comments that $2 seems pretty inexpensive. Remember that $2 NZ is about $1.43 US -- I certainly would charge more if I had scooped and bagged horse poo. My sister wondered if this is a money-making endeavor she should consider. I think it is a great idea to make the horses pay their way for all the land they require, but, again, is it really worth the crappy work?

Christina asked why the World of Wearable Art show was named the Montana World of Wearable Art Show. Corporate sponsorship is alive and well here -- the show is underwritten by the Montana Winery, which is somewhere near Nelson. I assume the company's name is refers to the mountains surrounding it, but I don't really know where it came from.
